Interior Design
The design is not what blows the budget. The site conditions nobody surveyed are what blow the budget.

The shutter is what you look at. The carcass is what fails — and almost nobody quotes you on the carcass.
Read more →TV Unit Design
Most TV units are designed around the television. The ones that still work in five years were designed around the cables.
Read more →False Ceiling
Nearly every false ceiling that cracks within two years cracks for the same reason — the framing, not the board.
Read more →Modular Kitchen
In an Indian kitchen the carcass sits in steam for an hour a day. That is the specification that matters, and it is the one nobody shows you in the showroom.

An elevation that was drawn before the plan was settled is a picture, not a design — and it will not survive contact with the structure.
Read more →Painting
Paint failure is almost never the paint. It is the surface underneath, and the number of coats that were actually applied.
Read more →Waterproofing
Water rarely enters where the stain appears. Treat the stain and you have bought one monsoon.

In a 1980s Mumbai flat, the renovation budget is decided by what is behind the walls — and nobody finds that out by looking at the floor plan.
Read more →Electrical Contractor
Most Mumbai flats built before 1995 were wired for a fan, a tube light and a television. Then we added four air conditioners.

We survey before we price
Every wall measured, plumb checked, and on older flats a wet wall opened — so the quotation is based on what is actually there.
Every material named
Carcass grade, board thickness, hardware brand, wire gauge and paint grade written into the quotation.
One dated schedule
Civil, electrical, carpentry, ceiling and paint sequenced under one project manager, with daily photographs.
We tell you when to spend less
We have advised clients to spend two lakh instead of fifteen. The free site visit exists so you get an honest read first.
Six steps from your first call to handover
Free site visit and measured survey
Every wall measured, plumb checked, existing points and slab height recorded.
Requirement and budget conversation
What you store, how you cook, who lives there — before any layout is drawn.
Layout and 3D concept
Floor plan plus 3D views of each room, revised with you until the layout is settled.
Itemised quotation
Line by line, with material grades and brands named and exclusions stated plainly.
Execution to a dated schedule
Civil, electrical, carpentry, ceiling, paint — sequenced, with daily photographs.
Snagging and handover
Joint walk-through, snag list closed in writing, warranty and hardware documents handed over.
Questions we are asked most
Is the site visit really free?
Yes. A designer visits, measures, surveys and gives you a written scope and an itemised quotation at no charge and with no obligation to proceed.
Do you give rates over the phone?
No. A rate-card number for a flat nobody has seen is a guess, and it becomes your problem when site conditions surface on day four. The visit is free precisely so the number can be real.
Which areas do you cover?
All of Mumbai and the MMR — Andheri, Bandra, Borivali, Powai, Chembur, Thane, Navi Mumbai and the surrounding areas — with selected larger projects in Pune and other metros.
What materials do you use?
18 mm BWP 710 plywood carcass, Hettich or Hafele hardware, 12.5 mm gypsum on 0.5 mm GI framing, ISI-marked copper wiring and named paint grades. All stated in the quotation.
